Is there a movie you would like to see capped?

You can have us cap it for you. First go to Amazon.com by clicking on any of the ads on the site. Find what you want us to cap for you. find out the cost and shipping for it. Then click the add below and purcahse a gift card email and send it to amazon@moviekids.org. If you want the DVD sent back to you after it is capped, you must include addition shipping in the gift card to cover the shipping (about $3.50 per DVD). Be sure to include your address & the title of the DVD in the gift card so that we can return it. Any gift card sent without addition amount for shipping, the DVD will be given to the admin that capped it for you.

Between the dedicated server cost, hosting fees, yearly domain fees, and bandwidth, it costs over $3000 per year (about $250 per month) to run and maintain MovieKids. This amount does not count the costs of the computer equipment, DVDs, VHS, and other items we have to purchase each month in order to make the caps. In order to keep MovieKids going, we must raise money to cover the monthly fees. We do this by asking for donations and through sales on Amazon. From our Amazon sales we get between 4%-6% of the sale. So a DVD that sales for $9.95 we get between 0.39 and 0.60 referral fee. This normally nets us about $15-$20 per month. That still leaves a big chunk to cover. So you see in order to keep MovieKids going, we strongly encourage you to purchase your DVDs through the links on this site r make a donation to the site. Please really consider this as you surf through the site. Thank you for your support!
